A4 or Letter for anything that might be printed or attached to a form. Match image when the PDF is just a way of holding photos together and you do not want white borders. The page turns to match each picture either way, so a landscape photo never sits sideways.
Quality set to Best stores every page losslessly, which is far larger for photographs, though it can actually be smaller for flat graphics and screenshots. For photos, move it to High so each page goes in as a JPG. Capping the longest side under Size helps more again.
No. These are pictures of pages, not recognised text, so nothing inside them can be selected or searched. Text recognition is a different job and Hirira does not do it.
No. The PDF is assembled in your browser, byte by byte, and the images never leave your device. That is unusual for a PDF tool and it is the reason this one exists.
